Stanford tracks Women's bodies for clues to injury risk
NCT ID NCT07459764
Summary
This study aims to understand how a woman's sleep patterns, daily body rhythms, and menstrual cycle might work together to influence her risk of injury. Researchers will observe 20 young women with regular cycles for 28 days, tracking their movement, sleep, and body signals using wearable devices. The goal is to gather information, not to test a treatment, to see if certain patterns in these cycles make injuries more likely.
