Summary

This study looks at how sleeping at high altitude (2,877 meters) affects sleep quality in 32 employees of the Pic du Midi observatory. Researchers will compare sleep efficiency and breathing patterns during nights spent at the summit versus nights at home. The goal is to better understand sleep problems in people who regularly work and sleep at high altitudes.
