Summary
This small pilot study aims to see if a 'sleep bundle' can help adults sleep better after heart surgery. The bundle includes items like a sleep mask, earplugs, and a noise machine, along with a specific plan for sleep medications if needed. Researchers will compare the sleep quality of 20 patients who receive this bundle to those who get usual hospital care to see if it's a practical approach for a future larger study.
