Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called SHIFT that gives personalized advice to help night shift workers sleep better during the day. Researchers want to see if using the app improves sleep, job satisfaction, and overall health compared to not using it. They're recruiting 300 night shift workers who struggle with daytime sleep to try the app and provide feedback.
