Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called GoodShleep that gives personalized, in-the-moment tips to help people with sleep and circadian problems. About 77 adults in Hong Kong will wear a sleep tracker and answer quick surveys to see if tailored suggestions work better than generic messages. The goal is to improve sleep quality, mood, and daily functioning.
