Summary
This study tested if a special coaching program focused on sleep and daily routines could help people recently discharged from the hospital for depression. Participants used a phone app to track their mood and sleep. One group also received weekly phone coaching to help stabilize their sleep schedule, aiming to speed up recovery and prevent a return of depression symptoms.
