Summary

This study looks at how the repeated drops in oxygen levels during sleep apnea affect certain immune cells called neutrophils. Researchers will collect blood from 120 people (80 with sleep apnea and 40 without) to measure how well these cells can trap and kill germs. They will also check if using a CPAP machine for three months changes these immune responses.
