First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a personalized digital program called PASS to help people with obstructive sleep apnea start and stick with positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy. Sixty adults newly diagnosed with sleep apnea will either receive the PASS program (including motivational coaching, a digital platform, and chat support) or a general hygiene program for 4 months. The goal is to see if the program is easy to use and helps improve treatment use, self-care, and health habits.
