Summary
This study aimed to understand how obstructive sleep apnea affects the heart and blood vessels early on, before major problems occur. It looked at 133 adults with sleep apnea to find early warning signs and see if using a CPAP machine for 3-6 months improved their heart health. The goal was to learn which patients are at highest risk and if treatment can prevent future heart issues.
