Summary
This study aims to understand how obstructive sleep apnea affects children's thinking skills and ability to understand others' feelings. Researchers will follow 150 children aged 3-12 with sleep apnea for 12 months, comparing those who receive surgery versus medication. The study will track changes in brain function and behavior to help doctors choose better treatments.
