Summary
This study tested whether a medication called solriamfetol could improve mental sharpness in adults with obstructive sleep apnea. The 59 participants had both excessive daytime sleepiness and problems with cognitive function. Over 5 weeks, researchers compared the effects of the drug to a placebo to see if it helped with focus, processing speed, and attention.
