First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at adults with obstructive sleep apnea whose CPAP therapy isn't working well. It tests whether a home monitoring device called Sunrise can guide treatment changes as effectively as an overnight lab sleep test. About 105 participants will try both methods to see if the home device leads to similar treatment decisions.
