Could your phone and sleep before birth affect your labor?
NCT ID NCT07299708
Summary
This study looked at whether a first-time mother's sleep quality, anxiety levels, and nighttime phone or screen use before going into labor might be connected to how her labor progresses. Researchers followed 127 women, measuring their sleep and anxiety before labor and then tracking the length and details of their delivery. The goal was to see if these everyday factors are linked to longer labor or a greater need for medical help during childbirth.
