Summary

This study aimed to understand why Black older adults have higher Alzheimer's risk. Researchers measured deep sleep quality and brain amyloid levels in 210 healthy seniors over time. The goal was to see if poor deep sleep helps explain racial differences in early Alzheimer's disease markers.
