Knee replacement recovery: new sleep pill study aims to boost healing

Summary
This study tests two sleep medications, doxepin and ramelteon, to see if they improve sleep quality for people recovering from knee replacement surgery. About 129 adults will be randomly assigned to take one of the drugs or a placebo. The goal is to find safe, effective options to help patients sleep better, which may also reduce pain and speed up recovery.
