NCT ID NCT06720584

Summary

This study tested an 8-session online health coaching program designed to help people with lupus (SLE) better manage symptoms like fatigue, pain, and brain fog that heavily impact daily life. The program, called WHEEL, used group video sessions and one-on-one coaching to help 36 participants create personal health plans focusing on exercise, sleep, stress, and nutrition. The main goal was to see if this approach was practical and acceptable for improving overall quality of life.
