Summary

This study tests if doctors can change normal skin into the thicker, tougher skin found on palms and soles. Researchers take a small skin sample, grow the cells in a lab, and inject them back into the skin. They then check if the skin becomes firmer or changes structure. The study involves 80 adults aged 18 to 65 and is currently recruiting.
