Summary

This is a custom-designed study for a single patient with a severe, inherited blistering skin disorder called dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (EB). The patient has chronic wounds that have not healed with standard treatments. Researchers are testing whether a lab-grown skin substitute can help cover and heal these painful wounds.
