Summary
This study aimed to find the best way to clean skin before surgery to reduce germs. Researchers tested two different antiseptic solutions and two different application methods (blotting vs. not blotting) on 122 healthy volunteers. They measured how well each method reduced bacteria on the skin of the abdomen and groin.
