Summary

This study aims to see if a person's skin pigmentation affects how well a Masimo pulse oximeter measures oxygen levels. Researchers will compare readings from 152 adults with light and dark skin who are in the intensive care unit and have low oxygen levels. The goal is to ensure the device works accurately for everyone.
