Could a simple skin test spot heart trouble before It's too late?
NCT ID NCT06632353
Summary
This study is exploring whether biomarkers found in fluid just beneath the skin can help doctors detect and monitor cardiovascular diseases earlier. Researchers are comparing this skin fluid to blood samples from two groups: older adults with heart failure and younger, healthy adults. The goal is to see if this less invasive method could lead to better early warning systems for heart conditions.
