Summary

This study aims to find the best way to prevent or reduce severe skin rashes in people receiving radiation therapy for head and neck cancer. Researchers will compare two different, easy-to-use skin dressings on 104 patients undergoing a specific type of radiation called TomoTherapy. The goal is to see which method better protects the skin, reduces pain, and improves patients' quality of life during treatment.
