Summary
This study is testing if giving the immunotherapy drug cemiplimab to patients before their tumor removal surgery is safe and helps control their cancer. It is for adults with early-stage Merkel cell carcinoma or locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma who are scheduled for surgery. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if the drug helps prevent the cancer from coming back after treatment.
