This study tested a virtual training program to help outdoor workers protect themselves from the sun and reduce skin cancer risk. Over 500 managers and employees from workplaces across the U.S. took part. The program taught sun-safe habits like using sunscreen and wearing protective clothing, and measured whether workers got fewer sunburns after a year.
