Camera watches skin treatment to predict success

NCT ID NCT05923060

Summary

This study tested a special video camera during a standard light therapy treatment for sun-damaged skin patches called actinic keratoses. Researchers wanted to see if the camera could measure certain signals in the skin to predict how well the treatment would work. The goal was to gather information to help doctors optimize this type of therapy in the future.
