New skin booster shows promise for wrinkle reduction

NCT ID NCT07155278

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding a special human tissue-based ingredient (phADM) to a standard hyaluronic acid skin booster works better than hyaluronic acid alone for improving wrinkles and skin texture. Twenty adults with moderate cheek roughness received injections on both sides of their face — one side with the combination and the other with hyaluronic acid only. Researchers measured wrinkle depth, skin density, and volume over 20 weeks to see which side improved more.
