Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called SKB565 in 180 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard treatments. The trial has three stages to find the safest dose, check how the drug moves through the body, and see if it shrinks tumors. Participants receive SKB565 by IV infusion twice a month until their disease gets worse or side effects become too severe.
