Summary
This study tests a new drug, SKB118, in about 332 adults aged 18-75 with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments or are not eligible for them. The trial has three parts to find the best dose and see if the drug shrinks tumors. The main goals are safety and measuring how many patients see their tumors shrink or disappear.
