New drug targets bone metastases in advanced cancer

Summary

This early-phase trial is testing a new drug called SKB107 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread to the bone. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. About 90 adults aged 18-75 who have exhausted standard treatments may join. This study aims to find a safe dose and see if the drug can slow bone tumor growth.
