NCT ID NCT07414667
First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether measuring a specific antibody, anti-Ro52, in the blood can help predict how Sjögren's syndrome will progress. Researchers will follow 150 adults with Sjögren's to see if higher antibody levels are linked to more severe complications, like organ damage or lymphoma. The goal is to use this information to better tailor treatment for each patient.
