New eye drop could bring relief to Sjögren's dry eye sufferers

Summary

This study tests a new eye drop (rhPRG4) for people with dry eye caused by Sjögren's syndrome. About 80 adults in Australia will receive either the active drop or a placebo for 28 days. The goal is to see if the drop can reduce eye surface damage and improve comfort, with safety monitored throughout.
