Summary

This study looks at how interrupting long periods of sitting can affect your heart and blood vessels. Researchers will test different strategies in 56 adults aged 30-60 who sit a lot and exercise little. The goal is to find practical ways to reduce sitting that could lower the risk of heart disease and stroke.
