Can a daily pill slow aging and improve metabolism?
NCT ID NCT07245979
Summary
This study is testing whether a six-month course of a dietary supplement called a sirtuin activator can improve metabolic health and affect markers of cell aging in women. It will involve 120 women aged 40-65 who are overweight or obese. Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo daily and have checkups every three months to measure changes in blood markers, body composition, and aging-related indicators.
