Summary
This study aims to understand if the drug sirolimus changes the molecular activity inside brain aneurysms. It will enroll 80 adults with unruptured brain aneurysms who are already scheduled for surgery. Researchers will compare gene activity in tissue and blood samples from patients who receive sirolimus versus those who do not, to learn about the drug's biological effects.
