Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called sirolimus can slow down aging-related decline in healthy older adults. Researchers will give the drug to a small group of participants aged 65-80 and measure changes in their physical abilities and cellular aging markers over one year. The goal is to see if this medication can help delay the development of age-related diseases and frailty.
