Could a 2-Minute daily buzz clear your nose and your mind?

NCT ID NCT06268730

Summary

This study looked at whether using a small, handheld device called SinuSonic could improve both physical symptoms and mental well-being in adults with ongoing nasal or sinus congestion. Participants used the device at home for two minutes, twice a day, for five weeks, and reported on their congestion, anxiety, and depression. The trial was terminated early and only included 16 people, so its findings are very preliminary.
