Summary

This study compares two surgical methods for placing dental implants in the upper jaw when there isn't enough bone due to the sinus cavity. 26 adults with missing upper back teeth will be randomly assigned to one of two sinus lift techniques. The goal is to see which approach leads to better implant stability and bone growth over one year.
