Summary
This study tests a 10-week therapy program called SINTYA for young adults aged 16-25 with borderline personality disorder (BPD). The program combines group and individual sessions to help reduce impulsive behaviors and improve emotional control. Researchers will compare impulsivity levels between those who receive the therapy and those who do not.
