Summary
This study tests a new method called SINI to help people with opioid use disorder start taking buprenorphine. Participants receive small doses of naloxone until mild withdrawal symptoms appear, then take buprenorphine under the tongue. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and practical in both hospital and outpatient settings.
