Study tests if one set is enough for men starting to lift weights
NCT ID NCT07337304
Summary
This study aimed to find out if doing just one set of each exercise is as effective as doing multiple sets for men new to weight training. Researchers compared two workout groups—one doing single sets and one doing multiple sets—against a group that did no exercise. They measured changes in strength, muscle size, and physical performance over a training period.
