Summary
This study looked at whether doing one set or multiple sets of weightlifting exercises makes a bigger difference in muscle strength and size for men who are not active. 34 sedentary men were split into groups doing single-set training, multiple-set training, or no exercise. Researchers measured changes in strength, jump height, and muscle size to find the best training volume for beginners.
