Summary
This study compares two procedures for treating a common heart rhythm problem called atrial fibrillation (AF). It involves 210 people with AF that comes and goes. One group gets the standard treatment using a freezing balloon, and the other gets a newer method using electrical pulses. The goal is to see if the new method works just as well and is safer.
