Summary
This study looked at whether one session of physiotherapy or massage could help premature babies in the NICU feel less stress and pain, and sleep better. 60 infants were randomly assigned to receive routine care, massage, or a specific physiotherapy technique. The goal was to see which approach might improve their comfort and development during their hospital stay.
