First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing exercises with one arm or leg at a time can help people with COPD feel better during a flare-up. The idea is that single-limb exercises are easier on the lungs than using both limbs at once. Researchers will measure how well 30 participants can move, breathe, and manage symptoms like fatigue and anxiety.
