Summary

This study looked at whether singing or vocal exercises could improve lung function in people with COPD, a lung disease that makes breathing hard. Five adults with COPD took part in virtual singing sessions twice a week for four weeks. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce air trapping in the lungs and improve breathing.
