Summary

This study looks at whether screening people for social needs (like food or housing) and referring them to community services can help prevent COVID-19 and reduce related health problems. About 1,500 adults from emergency rooms and testing sites will take part. Researchers will track changes in overall health, depression, and anxiety over 12 weeks.
