Operating room vs. training center: which builds better surgical teams?
NCT ID NCT07346937
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to train surgical teams by comparing two methods. It will involve 108 experienced surgical professionals who will either train in a dedicated simulation center or in their actual operating rooms (called 'in-situ' simulation). Researchers will measure how effective each training method is at improving teamwork, communication, and safety skills.
