Summary
This study tests whether a structured simulation training program helps surgical residents improve their laparoscopic and thoracoscopic skills. Nineteen residents will practice on box trainers, artificial models, and cow tissue, then take a skills test. The goal is to see if this training boosts confidence and performance before they move to the operating room.
