Summary
This study is testing whether a new device called Simeox 200 can help adults with bronchiectasis clear thick mucus from their lungs more effectively. Participants will use the device at home for two weeks to see if it improves their breathing, reduces coughing, and makes them feel better. The goal is to see if this device could be a helpful new tool for managing difficult lung symptoms.
