Sticky gel could be simple fix for Kids' cavities

NCT ID NCT06241261

Summary

This study is testing if a new silver fluoride gel works as well as the standard liquid to stop cavities from getting worse in 3- to 4-year-old children. The gel is thicker and may stay on the tooth longer. Over 600 children will receive the treatment every six months for 30 months to see which form is better at halting decay.
